By using this website – cherylharrison.com.au / Cheryl Harrison – you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement
and such other policies as I notify you from time-to-time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
These Online Shopping Terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer place using my website www. cherylharrison.com.au which is operated by Cheryl Harrison, ABN 24 129 160 529.
Please read them carefully before placing your order and keep a copy for future reference.
My Art
All original paintings are hand-made in Port Douglas, Australia and are unique. All prints have been outsourced within Australia and based off professional reproductions and inspiration from my original works. I source and produce my own hand-made stretches wherever possible. They may vary slightly in colour & pattern to those visible on your screen. I do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations. All items and sizes are described as accurately as possible.
FRAMING – Most of my work is offered as framed. Please note images of framed work are for reference only, actual frame may vary in tone and size slightly.
Acceptance of Orders
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Cheryl Harrison and I reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons.
No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless I/I dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser, my acceptance of an order.
Please note that at times of high traffic on my website, my inventory levels may be incorrect which could result in a double sale. In such an event, I will do my best to honour all sales, however, on occasion I may need to issue a full refund. I apologise in advance if this is the case and thank you for your understanding. Items held in your shopping cart are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers. A sale is not final until payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation of your order. Cheryl Harrison does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on this the cherylharrison.com.au website. While I at cherylharrison.com.au strive to keep my website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing. Cherylharrison.com.au, Cheryl Harrison, employees, agents or contractors are not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information. Cherylharrison.com.au reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice. Please note that all images contained on the cherylharrison.com.au website remain the property of Cheryl Harrison and cannot be used without prior written permission. If you wish to use any of my images please get in touch and if applicable I can provide you with the relevant material.

Before placing your order, you should carefully read the Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation of online order
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, I recommend saving it for your records.
Shipping Information
- Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from my framers within 14/21 days of order receipt.
- Please allow extra time for delivery during sale or busy periods due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays for holiday periods.
- I use couriers and framers and cannot guarantee delivery times. The below is a guide only. If you wish to receive your order by a certain date please get in touch with me to discuss this possibility.
- I will advise my customers within 2 days if goods are not available.
Shipping times:
Australia: 14 – 28 business days
International: 10 – 21 business days
Refunds, Changes & Cancellations
I want you to have an exciting and enjoyable experience when you purchase my art. But there are some realities with transportation costs and the fragile nature of artwork that mean I have to be realistic about my Refund & Exchanges Policy.
Please take your time during ‘check out’ via my website. If you make an error during purchase please reach out immediately, I cannot make changes beyond 24 hours of purchase – contact me cheryl@cherylharrison.com.au for further assistance or call during business hours 0423 982936.
- Art is complex and fragile to transport, hence I am unable to offer returns on prints or original artworks simply for change of mind. I do take great care with my packaging and handling, in the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the box and then photograph the damaged art inside.
- Please email your issue, order number, images of the damage and a short description to cheryl@cherylharrison.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with an existing artwork on my website once the damaged artwork has been returned.
- Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by cherylharrison.com.au, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately.
- cherylharrison.com.au will not be held liable for any further damage to artworks damaged in return transit to me.
*PLEASE NOTE, RETURNED GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED WITHIN UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TAKE GREAT CARE IN REPACKAGING ANY RETURN ITEMS. I CANNOT ISSUE EXCHANGES ON DAMAGED ITEMS OR PACKAGING.
All return requests for damaged goods must occur within 24 hours of receipt. Returns must be ready for shipping within 3 business days.
I cannot accept returns if:
- A piece is not returned in its original condition: used or damaged or not returned in appropriate packaging (e.g. box improperly taped, no bubble wrap, no fragile markings).
- The item is returned outside of the time frame stated above.

Export Restrictions / Customs / Currency
All of the product prices on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). None of the Cheryl Harrison’s / cherylharrison.com.au
products are currently subject to any export restrictions. All taxes and duties including customs excises and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be a government requirement of import.
Disclaimer
cherylharrison.com.au will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. I am not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left my studio or due to any circumstances beyond my control.

range of payment methods including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. All orders
are processed via Paypal, which is a secure third party gateway and
independently guaranteed.
